The Rekem SQUARES-WINDOW was created in 2018.
The set of four pictures portray the architecture of Jerusalem 
in a patchwork of squares.
In each picture of the Squares series, 
I emphasized a different object in lace.
In the Squares-Window, the window was made of lace.
I sculptured and embroidered the rest of the artwork 
with crocheted chains and gold metallic paint.
The bright blue, green, and turquoise colors convey 
the beauty of the Jerusalem landmarks.
The creation is one of a set of four- SQUARES-WINDOWS, 
SQUARES-GATES, SQUARES-CHOMA, and SQUARES-STEPS.
The masterpiece is 63.5x 63.5.cm 
and has a hand-embroidered signature from the artist.
